Emily makes me a stronger momma!
I’ve been a client of Emily’s for 8 months now! And I’ve seen many benefits- weight loss, mental boost, sleeping better…but I really love my confidence in my strength to keep up with my 4 kiddos 5 yrs old and under. I love that when we go to their momma and me sing & dance class that I am up and dancing the whole time, which makes them more excited to join in. Love that I can watch later
I love that the workouts are recorded and immediately available to stream when it’s done. Great flexibility for me. Sometimes it’s glitchy, but it’s more often normal than glitchy, so I still like it.Jrocknight

Love everything about the app. Easy sign up and gives you so many different choices in workouts and times. So useful especially when you have kids. Subscribe to someone and you can replay their past workouts. Definitely a lifesaver esp with the pandemic and all.
