Very poor customer service
Phone service was good but customer service is poor, credit balance as a top up in my account is not refunded and not sure if it's going to stay for me to use in the future. I may not come back with my current experience and will not recommend anyone I know as you guys ask customers to read fine print on the site instead of explaining before signing up for your service. I had a family emergency and had to rush back home , do you expect me to board the flight or keep reading your fine prints to understand your business? Keep your self in customers shoes before you offer any services, every customer is not the same and every one using your service is not on a pleasure trip. I have used it for awhile and everything worked really well. The sign up was quick. My UK number got verified quickly. Support really responsive and the app works well is user-friendly. I can send SMS message. I receive calls. I missed calls very happy.Developer Response

When I purchased the app. Payment and cost was not clear . Only Canada USA and Australian number you with voice sms and mail box. All other numbers are additional cost which they fail to mention. It took over a week to verify my documentation despite the 3 days they advertise. Nontheless they did give me a credit back and were really genuinely helpful.
