They Lie
On their website, they say they work in Massachusetts in the northeast they even list the roads they work on. I downloaded the app I uploaded my credit card. I got to Logan airport. I opened up the app to put my license plate in and I’m told that it doesn’t work in the Northeast. What is going on, don’t depend on this app.ChasMader

On the app, when you try to add your vehicle to the northeast region, the rental feature is blocked out to let users know that we are unable to cover rentals in the region. We recommend coordinating with your rental company in these cases to explore other options. We apologize for the confusion and will work to improve to make this more clear for users.Does not work
The company is completely incompetent, from their engineers to their customer service. Rented a car and set it on the app. All the charges went to the rental company that passed down the charges to me with a large premium. Their excuse was that I should have known there was a discrepancy between their website and their app. They deserve to fail.LN366

Whole family trip to Houston. Everyone used Ecotolls. App never worked. Everyone was charged through the rental companies including all the convenience fees. Disappointing.;-D 08

Very nice experience using Ecotoll, I did register my vehicle in the app and start my trip, days later after the toll was appearing in the app I got charged. No need to call for paying tolls, amazing.stefigueredo
SCAM
it does not work I have the Ecotoll in my car and I actually asked by email the company of Eco tour why am I not being charged and they said your account is set up everything's active but every time I go through it all it never registers anything I believe this app is not official and it's probably most definitely a scam do not buy itjoic665

The interface is simple, easy to understand and convenient. My tolls are paid automatically. I don’t have to talk to an agent. And I don’t have to worry about missing a toll bill in the mail. Highly recommend!!!JMEBowerman
