Disappointed
This has been my go to game for a year. Spent lots of money too, especially on weekends. But new game economy makes it much less enjoyable. I could play during the week for a reasonably fun amount of time. Now the new game economy really throttles things. I enjoyed 30 energy every 10 minutes. Now I close the game and am less interested in coming back when I can barely do anything. Or I forget to come back every ten minutes to do one little thing. Will probably be phasing out of the game more and more due to this.

Quality has gone down
I really the concept of this game but I don’t understand how we use to wait 5 min to get 30 energy after watching an ad. Then it went to 10 min to get 30 energy for watching an ad. Now it’s down to 10 energy every 19 min. This game uses a lot of energy to get anywhere. There is always something g going on and sometimes more than one event at a time making it hard to finish any of them. Please communicate better with players who have issues or questions. Seems there is no one at the helm.

Don’t waste your time
This game changes CONSTANTLY and not to the players advantage. We used to be able to watch an ad every 10 min and get 30 energy. Now they reduce it to 20, then 10 then 5. Makes it almost impossible to enjoy. I’ve spent so much money which I don’t mind but I won’t spend another penny until they restore energy the way it was.
And there’s TONS of bugs. People don’t have access to the islands, daily alchemy and other main event islands. Check Facebook page and their chat on messenger and you can see for yourself all the unhappy players.

Money is the problem.
I like the game but only play in short spurts as money is a huge problem, so I have to make it last.

Sometimes have brain freeze into many games run together, but keep up the good work, I just have to go at slow pace

Was a great game but now it is terrible
This game is fun to start with but the bugs come out as you get higher up. The ads stop working and they try to get you to spend lots of money to be able to complete the daily goals. Typical game that makes it easy to start to get addicted then expect you to spend money. Also customer service is terrible when you try to reach out for assistance, they send copy and paste responses that don’t answer the question

SO many bugs and zero support
Can’t even begin to describe all the issues with this game. People don’t have event islands for months, being charged for transactions they didn’t make, not getting packages purchased. If support does answer (if you can figure out how to contact them) over Facebook there’s none and resolve nothing. I’ve had to contact Apple for refunds because of both reasons. I strongly suggest against buying anything on this game. It only gets more and more expensive as you go along u til you get to where it’s SUPER expensive then lose interest because of it. Meanwhile all the micro purchases they’ve already got you beat for.

Enjoy game a lot but . . . .
I am addicted to this game. And I spend about $10 every two months months on gems and upgrades. The main issue I have is the free energy after watching ads reset stops working. Which is annoying because I purchased the no ads for a week at $5 and now I’m not benefiting from it since this function is not working and I wasted money now. I tried contacting customer support but that function is not working either. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s a really fun game to play.

Gameplay issues
I love love love this game! The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is that I’m having issues watching ads for energy. My phone enables ads and tracking. When I click watch it says loading and then says please wait ad loading but nothing happens. I reached out to customer support and received energy back which was wonderfully kind but the issue is still on going and frustrating because that’s about 120 energy every few hours I’m losing.

Fun but Needs some improvements
I love this game but there are some frustrating things. There is never enough time or energy to complete events even if you check throughout the day. Instead of being able to collect energy from the lottery every so many hours they lock it at night. Things are so expensive to purchase and if you do spend money on energy it doesn’t last that long. I think it should be cheaper or last longer. There shouldn’t be so many items to merge during events because there just isn’t enough time. I think they should make this easier. It’s also very difficult to get animals on that island to merge. I’m already wanting to quit this game based on these things. Hope they improve.

I have no clue what the storyline is, but I just keep playing…
Like others have said, the story line is janky, I have no clue what they are babbling about when the speech bubbles pop up, but so far this is the best merge game I’ve played. My only wish is that they'd offer gameplay in portrait mode. I can literally play for hours. There’s a lot of adds, but they do actually help pay for things.
