The Ten Ren in Maryland does not know about the app
First, the app is not easy to understand, very confusing, in fact.
Second, it doesn’t work with the local shop in Maryland.

Not easy to understand, doesn’t connect to the account in store.
Not easy to understand if a reward is ready to use or it’s an advertisement what rewards to earns, and doesn’t connect to the account in store (not reflecting points spent/earn in store)

Points history not transferrable
Received an email to download this new app otherwise my banked rewards points would disappear. When I login to this new app, there’s no way to transfer my current points card and my account has zero history. I had enough points saved for 6 free drinks. Upset and not impressed.

Hi we are sorry to hear about the issues you are having. The transfer of points is in fact not done through the app. The transfer of points can be in the store through the staff. After the points are transferred, the app can be used to view your points.
