  • Crashes

    The app is the best cannabis app in Utah, but with that said it has been crashing since July 2023…it’s now the mid of September.
    Thank you [WholesomeCo] for reaching out with your support. I have reinstalled the app a few times in the past 2 months. Oddly enough the app started to work like normal this week (9/15/23) but now when I switch payment type the app crashes. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max running the current iOS.

    Edit (9/22) - Hi again! We've tracked down the source of a crash on the Payment selection screen and fixed it. The next time you open the app, it should auto update with that fix and work correctly again. Let us know if you're still having issues.   • App is okay, company behind it not so much

    I placed an order through the app to be picked up from the DRIVE THROUGH between 3:30-4:00 on New Years Eve. I knew they closed at 4:00 but when I got there the drive through line was long and after 5-10 minutes of waiting and it not moving I asked the customer at the window if they had even been helped and they said no. I walked up to the doors and they shut the blinds and locked the doors. I told them I had an appointment and all they said was “drive through closed at 3:30!” Despite the fact I could show them my order and time slot they didn’t care and turned me away at 3:55. I won’t be spending my money here again. They messed with my plans and acted like bullies
