  • I will give 0 star if I could

I did travel across the Europe and bought different E-sims for different countries. It work for 2 days and it didn’t work at all. I will not recommend it at all
  • Not compatible with iPhone 15

Their website says it’s compatible with iPhone 15, but my 15 says it’s not and they don’t seem to know what to do. Try airalo.

UPDATE: my phone was indeed locked. It would have been nice if the support folks would have suggested I check this out. I told them that I had a “15” and their response was that the phone is coming back incompatible.

I do like the plans BNE offers, but it was Airalo support that suggested I check to see if my phone was locked.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback. The iPhone 15 is eSIM compatible. If your phone is network-locked, no eSIM will work, regardless of the provider. eSIM compatibility is universal and not specific to particular eSIM companies. It’s not a matter of our eSIM not working with the iPhone 15 while other brands’ eSIMs will work. We encourage you to learn more about this topic to ensure informed and logical comments. BNESIM Team

  • Useless

Pretty much useless! I got the least amount to test and pretty much can't do much. No Google maps for sure and was the primary reason while in another country to help while my TMobile service fails.

Go try a different product. Also a little confusing while configuring.

We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Please could you contact us at support@bnesim.com We will be glad to assist you and compensate the problem.
  • Bad Customer Service

I used this app for two months while in Africa. It worked well. But after I returned home, they continued to charge me. When I reached out to complain about these charges, they told me that I had signed up for a subscription. I did not, as I didn’t need to use them long term. They then proceeded to charge me even after these complaints.

  • Bull

It DOESNT work on locked phones but DOES NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR. Even though I couldn’t use it they refused to give a refund! KEEP YOUR MONEY, you’ll simply lose it using this app with its hidden agenda

    Developer Response

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. You should be eligible for a refund if you haven't used your data. Please reach out to us at support@bnesim.com, and we'll investigate further to address your concerns promptly.
  • Don’t Change Phones

If you do, you lose the ability to use any prepaid data until you give them more money. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s the principle. It costs them nothing to send a new eSIM.

    Developer Response

We regret any inconvenience caused. Our eSIMs are designed for a single installation, as stated in our policies. Each eSIM incurs costs on our end. That's why we ask for a nominal fee of 1 euro for the new eSIM and to transfer your data to a new eSIM. For further assistance, please reach out to us at support@bnesim.com. BNESIM Team
