Latest version only shows ‘failed to fetch devices’ when doing a core element of that which it’s designed for. App is free providing you have a paid service.

What is this app for??
I thought this was to administer users. Nope. It’s like a guessing game to find out which app is used for v5 console GoToAssist Remote support. This app is useless.Chris Gallego
