  • Stopped working

    The app insists I update to version 1.1.22 and won’t work until I update. The Apple App Store only has my current version 1.1.20.

    If I try to report a problem through the App Store I am taken to central tickets and can only report issues with tickets. Back it goes to a white screen asking me to update.l the app.

  • Won’t let me create a account

    It doesn’t send emails for verification codes so you can’t actually make an account with them or use their app.
  • Disjointed

    Why doesn’t the app have access to West End shows? If you want to see West End offers you have to log in from the web. If you get an email suggesting shows, the link takes you to the website not the app. Emails, web and app should work together not separately. Waste of time having the app!
  • Don’t bother

    The table we were given was the worst possible table at the venue, the last table at the back, behind the stage, horrible sits. Never in my life have I purchased tickets for such horrible sits. There was no information about the venue’s TnC when I bought the tickets, neither was I sent a TnC email later on. At the end of the Cabaret show we went to see, the venue applied some Insane Service Charge percentage and extra charges that we were never made aware by this website Central Tickets who sold us the tickets. Our bill was £50 and they asked for £76! When we complained (not only our table, a lot of tables were complaining about the same thing) we were told that is all in the TnC we have agreed to. I showed them the emails I received from Central Tickets and they could see no mention whatsoever of TnC. The management then removed the extra charges and a week later, I received an email from Central Tickets stating that my account was cancelled and no explanation as to why was provided.

  • Needs development

    I didn’t even bother getting past the sign up screen. — If the password field doesn’t prompt keychain to suggest a password, then I know the rest of the app is going to be a user experience disaster. I’ll save my phone space for better apps.
  • Can’t sign up or log in

    It won’t let me sign up or login. I complete all my details and it says that my mobile phone number is already in their database.

    Easy to navigate and find shows! Also a great update from their previous version!
  • Unfortunately your App “Rebrand” is a “Downgrade”

    I am big fan of Central Tickets and use your service frequently. I would have given your old App a 5*.

    When I received an email previewing your website rebranding I had no particular opinion one way or another.

    When the App rebranding came through I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    It takes MANY MORE CLICKS and MULTIPLE NAVIGATION LAYERS on every screen to do anything. From selecting a performance date and paying (EVER SO CUMBERSOME) or simply trying to view my upcoming booked tickets. That used to be 1 click - IT NOW TAKES 3!

    What used to be a clean, easy to read, navigate a purchase through is now graphically over engineered. Images and text are squished together without any surrounding white space. It is more difficult to read the key information tags about different show types.

    Please, please, please either fix the poor design or revert back to the old far superior App.

  • Poor app. Web version easier.

    This app is really bad. It’s impossible to filter events by date and that’s exactly what you need to do when you’re out and about with only your phone to rely on.
