The Best in the industry
I’ve been using the StreamFit app for my CrossFit 100 gym, and I can confidently say it’s the best platform I’ve experienced in my 13 years in the industry. It truly has everything a gym needs, and the support is phenomenal. The team at StreamFit always listens to our feedback as gym owners and implements our ideas, consistently providing solutions and improving the platform. I highly recommend StreamFit to any gym looking for a comprehensive and supportive app experience!

User for 9 months(gym owner)
I recently opened a gym and had multiple calls with other programs including Wodify, Push Press and BTWB. StreamFit offered the best solution as a small business owner with a full time job.
It took me around 2-3 months to really get use to the system. Once I got use to the system I decided to upgrade to include Engage.
I love that they are always improving and are communicating their updates regularly to gym owners. Anything with technology is a learning curve for me. Thankfully I’ve always been able to reach so someone when I’ve had questions. I LOVE the chat feature that Stresmfit offers in app probably more than any other feature.

Not user friendly at all
I’ve used both SugarWOD and Wodify in the past. This app is awful in comparison. I understand that gym owners like it, but as a member, ugh. The learning curve is steep. I’ve finally gotten accustomed to it, but I still track PRs and such in Wodify. I guess this app is cheaper than the aforementioned ones for gym owners so that’s why it’s popular. I don’t think it’s worth it if your entire membership complains regularly.

App Is Junk
The app was recently “updated” and prompts you to get the “new version”. However, the App Store version opens the that I already have on my phone. Also, there are no updates available in the Update section of the App Store.
This is just the latest in a series of shortcomings of this app.
Note: if you are migrating from Wodify DO NOT BELIEVE StreamFit when they tell you it is a simple and easy process. The two sets of data do not match. Therefore you will have to manually enter every single result from Wodify to StreamFit.

Gym Owner review
I had been with another software since 2009. Not only had they stopped making improvements, everything was becoming more steps, more difficult. Their app never came to fruition for gym clients or coach/owners. I’ve been with StreamFit for a year and their customer service is amazing. They continue to work out the bugs and make improvements on their app and desktop platform. And at half the price of other software. Highly recommend

Great experience
We switched from mindbody and sugarwod to Streamfit in December of 2023 and have been beyond pleased.
All questions we’ve had have been answered through Dustin himself or the community group through Discord!
The all in one platform is always striving to become better, takes appropriate feedback, and has been exactly what our gym was missing. Grateful.

Needs work on some basics.
It has been logging me out and when I request a login code for email or phone I don’t receive it.
Great platform!
After reviewing basically all the most popular gym management softwares StreamFit has really stood out as a clear winner!

Great app
Great app from top to bottom, the review on Nov 15 is likely from someone who doesn't know how to use their own phone.
Major Security Vulnerabilities
Aside from all the issues other users have pointed out. There’s a data breach waiting to happen with this app/service. Private user data like email addresses, phone numbers and birthdates plus more, can be easily accessed. As well as Stripe access codes (payment processor) are exposed. Allowing malicious actors to steal credit card information. All of this data can be easily obtained if you know what you are doing. In fact I wouldn’t call it a data breach because all this information is given to you but “hidden”.
If your gym is planning on switching or has already switched I would strongly advise to avoid this service.
