Filled with bugs
The app is riddled with bugs. The user interface is terrible. Not designed properly for mobile.
No complaints
I recently joined a CrossFit gym which uses Stream after being a member at other boxes without it - I’m really enjoying it! From registering for a class and seeing the roster, to logging scores for different components of the hour long class. It’s a very nice tech companion to class and training that helps me feel more a part of the community

Terrible app. Updates make things worse
I went through some of the reviews and honestly I am relieved to see that others are reporting what I feel. Like the inability to view workouts. I contacted support several times and they were demeaning and condescending. They dismissed what I asked for and said that no one else wanted to see what I was requesting, which is the calendar workout. Lo and behold that is exactly what others want to utilize within the app. It’s not like it’s a difficult fix either because they had it then took it away. I worked with Dustin of customer support. Absolute worst. I am hoping that the gym I go to takes our feedback and switches to another app. Highly frustrating

Disappointing app
My gym recently changed from SugarWOD to StreamFit. First of all the app is super buggy with entered data not being there when you come back. Notifications badges staying in place after clicking them on several occasions.
The user ability is terrible in comparison to SugarWOD. Looking back at old workouts is a chore. SugarWOD allowed you to view the days workout and easily check back to previous workouts and review the movements and lifts to plan an attack. After exporting my data to StreamFit I had to spend several minutes adjusting lifts that were not recognized (bench press not recognized as Bench Press, Clean & Jerk not recognized as clean and jerk) I found out that it didn’t even matter because it can’t calculate my 1 rep 2 rep 3 rep max’s so I’m still having to enter those manually as well. Navigating to the leaderboard and history is also not intuitive requiring you to click tiny buttons on screen and large fingers have proven to not fair well. I’ll be tracking my workouts on SugarWOD and just not entering them in the gym leaderboard.

App needs upgraded, not user friendly
Small issue but it’s almost impossible to “like” a fellow gym members score. It just makes you click on there score. The whole app is inferior to SugarWOD and not user friendly. It’s not easy to see your scores, reps, sets, past lifts, friends scores.
Weak search functions, less community
My gym switched to this from SugarWOD and I find StreamFit so frustrating. When I try to search what I have done for previous movements or lifts, it does not show results quickly and easily like in the SugarWOD search function. The search function is error-prone, and additionally I have to scroll back through previous leaderboards to find my specific results. It makes it really frustrating to when I am trying to find out what I have done for, say, dumbbell push presses, with various rep schemes, in the past year.
Also no ability to easily add memes on friends results, and the comment function is awkward and buggy, which has resulted in decreased communication between members of the gym, less of a community fun vibe.
Disappointing for the community function and frustrating as a CrossFit athlete trying to track results (not just PRs).

Over engineered
I hate the fact that every time I want to look at a workout 2 days in advance it then locks me out of looking at today’s workout. I have to go back to the calendar and pick today’s date which is kind of stupid. It’s today! The default should go back to today not 2 days from now. Just make it that and try not to engineer it to pick for you.

Has potential, needs feature improvements
Been using this app for several months now and there are some great features.
- Competitions feature is awesome. Our box hosted a virtual comp and it was easy to use. (Downside is no way to upload videos from other apps like WODProof, only to record in StreamFit)
- Ability to easily go back after a class and check in, add scores, see previous workouts
- Record scores publicly or privately
Needs improvement:
- App is buggy. Sometimes workouts don’t show up. Sometimes it force closes.
- Scores input from workouts don’t automatically show in “PR” section or weight history table. Putting these in manually in separate places is cumbersome.
- No easy way to open the app and see todays workout.

Great Gym Management System
Over the past 10 years we’ve used 4 other all in one platforms to run my gym. StreamFit is by far the best one I’ve used. This platform has everything you need on day 1. On top of that they continually make app improvements and add new features to make owner and member experience next level. I highly recommend StreamFit.

Option to favorite classes
My gym switched to this recently, and my only complaint is that I have to scroll past 25 other class time listings to get to the 5:30 class, including onboarding sessions. It would be awesome to be able to “favorite” a class time, so that I only see that one the class schedule. The days also aren't delineated super clear so sometimes I end up scrolling too quickly to get past the days classes to 5:30pm that I end up in the next day.
To be clear, it would be a separate option than registering for the class, which then tells my gym I’m going to be there which may still be undecided in reality. Having the class time “favorited” would just make it considerably easier to navigate to my usual class time and see the workout, register, etc.
I hope this feature can be added! Then it’s 5 stars!
