Reviews of BANDAI TCG +

  • Not bad

The app isn’t horrible. It could be better, but it isn’t that bad. It’d be nice if it had the ability to show a player their overall record since it keeps track of your placements from events this shouldn’t be too hard to implement. There’s a lot to improve on but what matters is it works.
  • Super easy and useful for events and decks

I find this app really easy to use and understand. It’s especially handy for event searching and applying. I like the decks section especially to show stats, if it’s legal, and as a basic card database.
  • Bandai.. what are you doing?

Folks, this ‘app’ (and I’m using the term generously) is beyond terrible. This is the worst experience I have ever seen. It’s uncanny this even exists. Surely it’s not that difficult to just get a decent UX designer to redo this, we are not talking rocket science here, the purpose of the app is very straightforward. Actually, you can even get a bad UX designer, it would still be an improvement.
This is clearly just been ‘designed’ by an engineer who has no clue about general user interaction flows (and who, I’m assuming, has also never used any app before, or even owns a phone)
