Better than WingStop, but please remove forced tip
This would be a 5/5 but every time I order wings that I am going to pick up myself, there is no option to choose if I tip or not without manually entering 0. You include a service charge already, I am picking up my wings. Never in my life before Covid have I had to tip when I’m picking up my food. Also, it’s really scammy feeling to have the tip auto-included into the payment, there is no pop up saying “would you like to tip”, they just auto put in a 15% tip, and if you change your time of pickup per-se, it changes it from the tip or lack of tip you left, back to 15 or 20%.
Don’t get me wrong, usually I tip in cash because I love your guys wings and food, and I 100% tip if I am dining in. But really, tipping to pick up your food just shouldn’t be a thing and it should at least be a choice. Please make it so leaving tips has a visible “no-tip” option and I will change my review to the 5/5 you all deserve. Sorry to sound stingy, but I worked in food for decades and never worked somewhere that had a system set in place to basically force tipping.Show lessHam bone shrimp.
Don’t go to wing stop
WAY better than wing stop. Better sauces, better side choices and the fries are so much better than wing stop. Not sure why wing stop gets so much business because they’re not good at all.Londocalrizeon
Love food hate forced 15% tip
Had 7% tip, added payment (Apple Pay) then it switched back to 15%. If you do not pay your employees a living wage, then you should rethink your business model.Edward4130
The app is horrible
