The app keeps crashing
This app is good but it constantly crashes or won’t load and you have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. I am more than a little annoyed since I am paying for it and it keeps doing this. It needs to be fixed!!!2012Christmas
Good but…
So this app is good, but you have to pay for it or if you want to get the things for free then you have to watch ads other than that it’s pretty good, except when you try to erase things from Photos, it does not work other than those few things it’s a good app.KTK12e
App doesn’t open most of the time
The app itself is all around good and the quality improvements very good but after I purchased a year subscription all of a sudden 80% of the time I am given a white screen. Really disappointing that I’ve spent this money and now can’t use what I’ve broughtvethdbgaija
Works, but not reliable.
I used this several times during the trial period and found it acceptable, so I purchased the subscription. It worked pretty well for most things but can distort faces and other objects so you just have to pay attention to that. My biggest issue has been the reliability of the app itself. I frequently encounter prompts that say “there was an error, try again later” or the app won’t launch at all. I’ve had to remove the app from my device several times and reload it. And my device is brand new so it’s not my device or the operating system. So needless to say, a bit frustrating which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.Show lessCWally2

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to teach support
The software is okay although it’s got a habit of doing weird things to people’s faces, like lightening their eye color, only enhancing faces, and adding facial hair where there shouldn’t be. In my experience, it does a good job in colorizing black and white prints although the algorithm must be referenced to White people because there’s always a pinkish skin tone. The descratching (or whatever it’s called) function works pretty well if there aren’t too many.
Over the last two weeks, my app doesn’t load. I tried reach out to their tech support. My main issue is, there’s NO way I have found to get technical support. You click on the “Support” link and it simply describes the features. I googled the company and their website h gives you the same circular run-a-round.
Does anyone have a phone number or link that allows a customer to reach a live person?Show lessBrightStephen
