The only plan you need

Been following The team for a while and decided to follow the red on challenge program to help prepare me for the army assessment centre. What I can say is I easily passed all the entry fitness standards and feel very confident going into training. Could not recommend it enough!

Best training app available

Whether you are an aspiring ‘tactical athlete’ or currently serving, you need to be involved.

This is the best training available. From a recruit in the military to a trainee in blue light services, even if you are a fitness coach and need accountability, you won’t find better considering it’s an app and for the price.

Completely bespoke and adaptable training based on you and your needs. A very easy to use interface and responsive team behind every aspect, you cannot do anything but achieve your goals and win with this app.

I’ve used this app for roughly 18 months and I am always improving on the standards I create for myself.

Best Functional Training App

This is the best functional fitness app out there! It is all tailored to your test week and easy to use. I have only been following the red on challenge programme and with no extra training I completed a hilly (1050ft elevation gain) off-road half marathon in under two hours. The next day my legs were fine and no major aches!
Mike also sells socks - The socks were also epic, the course was wet and muddy and they kept my feet blister free! Thanks again.

Really helping my development.

I’ve always trained regularly but never really known what to do when in the gym. I now have structure and purpose when I train and have something to keep me on track. Lost a lot of weight and fitness and strength has improved loads.

This programme is for anyone at any level and it works 🔥🔥🔥

I’ve completed 2 blocks of training on the ROC programme and today on my third test week I’ve almost doubled my deadlift max from 60kg to 115kg. Injury free and feeling stronger and fitter than ever. This programme works and I’m proud to be part of it and the community support it provides.

Amazing app and coach

Been chatting to Mike for a while now and he recommended me to go and do this. Best call I’ve had. Super squared away app and easy to use guidance. Unlike most other apps which are messy and a pain to use this is a simple and easy to use plan to improve your numbers.

World class app

This app is great the intensity of the sessions are awesome, the leader board adds a nice competition to see where you stack up against all the other users, the ability to select how your feeling before the session is great for when your feeling sore, tired and stressed. Id highly recommend for anyone looking to be the best they physically can be

Structured, specific, with results.

So after submitting my test week results, I was assigned a 6 week training block.

Results show my full body 1RM’s have improved, most notable being Back Squats up 20kg+. Running has improved, most notable being 1min 30sec off my 5km time.

Quite clearly strength, power and muscular endurance has improved greatly and all because of the app. Great Job Mike.
