Don’t rely on this app to track heart rate!!

In the span of 2 minutes it gave me 3 different readings. 43 50 and 94. If you’re wanting to keep track of your heart rate, please buy a professional monitor to track - don’t rely on an app!

How do I cancel??????

I signed up for a trial, I did not agree to purchase. I tried to cancel, and thought I did cancel but you continue to charge me.

Scam

Not accurate and did not provide space to dis enroll

Cancel

Thus doesn’t show me how to cancel

Not a fan

Doesn't always work and the ratings don't seem to be reliable. My first test was 104. Then it was 59 a few mins later.

False Advertising

You don’t need to have your finger on the device for it to track your heart rate I tired this today and it gave me a false reading my finger was not even in my phone

Response from developer

Hello there, if the app shows a false bpm for red objects please change the "Sensitivity" in app Settings, that should solve your issue. If you have any questions please let us know. Thank you!

It’s clunky

I tried it multiple times to check if my heart rate was normal because I have anxiety and want to check every now and then. Each time I check I get absolutely bamboozled at the results I get and I make sure I do it properly each time. It’s giving me results like 36-57 while other ones give me a more respectable number like 70-80 so I don’t really know what’s wrong with this app if it’s giving me this low numbers while others don’t do the same. I personally wouldn’t recommend this if you really need an accurate reading for self assurance.

Response from developer

Thank you for trying out the app and sharing your feedback. In some cases, the app may exactly halve the readings. For example, your heart rate could be 70bpm, but the app shows 35bpm. To improve accuracy, please increase the "Sensitivity" in the app's settings. This should resolve the issue. If you have any further questions, please contact us. We're happy to help. Best wishes

Not happy

Thought it was free!!! Only free for 7 days then $20 a month. Such a gimmick. It’s a shame people want to make money off other people’s health. Not happy. Not happy at all.

Response from developer

Hello Chris, We apologise for your less-than-ideal experience. Even after 7 days, you can still access the core functionality of the app for free. This includes features like heart rate measurement, history, and statistics. Only the "Heart Tests" are considered premium features. I hope this clarification helps. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
