Didn’t sign up and still got charged

I didn’t sign up and all of a sudden I’m getting charged $7.49 a week! They hid the first charge by charging two weeks in one charge so I thought it was one of my streaming services I only just picked it up as they made the mistake of charging the last two weeks separately. Not happy

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, we don't charge $7.49 a week. We believe you may have been charged by another app. Best wishes!

Great app to keep updated with my heart rate

Response from developer

Your feedback much appreciated. Thank you.

Ads don’t let you use the app.

You can’t end the ads, they lock up the app, and it won’t let the app do anything.

Hello Ove, Thank you for your feedback. We aim to ensure that ads on the measurement page are limited to banner ads, without interrupting measurements. Could you please contact us? We'd be happy to investigate this further. Best regards,

App Appreciated!

Thank you for offering a free version that actually shares your basic heart rate after taking the test (it also works with apple health too)!

I am definitely more likely to purchase from a developer that is open and honest when offering a free heart rate app. Much better than other developers that allow you to complete the test but then hide your vital measurement behind a paywall.

Accurate (Sort Of)

So basically I was just on the App Store and found this app, I decided to download it to test it. What I done was I used my Apple Watches heart rate sensor to see how accurate it was. My apple Watch was showing 76 bpm and the app was showing 80 bpm. I'm not sure if it is making up numbers but if not, this could be used as an alternative heart rate sensor. But personally I would not recommend using it daily. I would personally only use this for fun. If you do need a heart rate sensor that is an 100% real heart rate sensor, I would go for either a FitBit or an Apple Watch (Or any other trustable brands). So if you wanna try it for yourself, go download it. I wouldn't recommend this for daily use however. 😁

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We don't consider a 4bpm difference to be significant, as heart rate can naturally fluctuate by this amount within a minute. However, for more accurate measurements, we recommend resting for 5 minutes before taking your reading. Additionally, please ensure that you stay still while covering the camera with your index finger. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Best regards,

Response from developer

Hello there, if the app shows number for red objects you can increase the "Sensitivity" in Settings, that should sort out the issue. If you have any questions please get in touch. Best wishes!

Rip off

You say you offer 7 days free and charge me straight away. I wanted to try it before I decided if I was willing to pay £4.49 per week. Not the way to go if you want people to subscribe.

Response from developer

Hello there, we do not charge if we offer you a free trial. Would you please contact us? We would be happy to sort out your issue. Best
