Completely pointless
It’s a huge pain that you have to install an app to get even basic information when it could just be on the website. On top of that the app is a bit buggy, and difficult to use. As an example the calendar offers dates for tours when the domain isn’t even open, then when you click the date it says there’s nothing available, and you have to repeat the process from the start.

One of the worst sites to use, not fit for purpose. Trying to book a tour…..impossible! Total rubbish they need to revisit this and get it right like they have with their champagnes.woodcutterblue

Several times I’ve tried to contact the Bollie team but never ever had a reply.

Seemingly Pointless
Downloaded the app via the QR code on the card in the Bollinger box, first thing you need to do is enter your unique code - and that doesn’t work, so you can’t get any further. Seemingly pointless download.JamesofCarter
