Too many clicks
I find this app quite annoying despite using most days.
First up the ‘hello good looking’ welcome message is just naff.
Secondly it takes far too many clicks to do everything. I generally want to order the same thing for breakfast every day. It’s great to make the order just before my train gets into London however what should be super simple actually takes an inordinate number of clicks.
I just want to press one button to repeat my order from yesterday. Same order, same shop, same time (asap), same lack of allergies, same payment method etc instead of the 15 clicks required today. This would be a big win.

Very easy to use!
Easy app and great to link up with in store ordering
Nowhere to add a payment card so couldn’t order anything
As the title says.
Went to order through the app, but couldn’t see anywhere to add my payment details.
The section in the checkout for payment details was blank.

Rating for app not food
Love Leon’s food but experienced immediate disappointment with the app. “Join Leon Club and get 30% off your first order” it says on the sign up page. Signed up, ordered, of course no discount. And very poor visibility on how reward scheme works on the app itself - haven’t dug any deeper but shouldn’t have to. Rubbish app.

Leon App is no longer fit for purpose
I’ve been a big fan of Leon’s food and their customer service, never had any problems until recently.
My colleague told me about the Leon App and told me how I can order and collect with waiting to be served during busy periods.
I’ve been buying the vegan meatless almost every week, because it taste great, however about a month ago this item disappeared as an option when using the App.
No idea why, and it seems the Managers at the branches don’t seem to know either.
I’ve got 1,000’s of points accumulated which I can use because the item that I want to order is no longer available.
I’ve contacted Leon, still waiting for response, it seems the issue is with the App.
The only way I can buy this item is buy waiting in a queue and placing an order.
What’s the point.
Unless you fix this issue, you will be losing a lot of customers.
There are other items missing too.
Why would remove items that are readily available to purchases at your Leon branches in all locations.

Removed account without knowledge
Having used the app multiple times to order I finally had enough points to redeem. When I came to use them after an app update I had been logged out, then on trying to log back I. With my saved details I apparently no longer have an account with Leon anymore (when trying to reset my password it says account not found). Seems like a big scam if im honest. Tried contacting their help but they don’t even acknowledge contact. Oh and unable to add card details to app anymore, have to pay in person which kinda defeats the purpose of preordering for quick collection.

You need to sack your developer
Every m week there seems to be a problem with this app. Last week the payment option wasn’t there; this week I can’t spend my reward points as there’s no option (and it’s showing that I have 10x the points I should).
Why is it so hard to get this right? It’s a fairly simple app.

I used the app today at the Airport Terminal 2 order my Coffee & the service was Great
The Q was very Long to order your coffee by using the app I went forward with my order number & Coffee was ready to pick up

Selecting my order
Used it for the first time today but unfortunately when a tried to order a Korean burger meal, it wouldn’t let me know complete it because it kept asking me to choose my burger type but it was already selected as the Korean burger. Had to order items individually in the end. Also it wouldn’t complete with Apple Pay. Had to input card details in the end

Some basic app functionality missing
Not used in store yet but already just by flicking through the menu there’s some basic stuff missing.
Why no swiping to change to different sections or go back to main page?
Why no basic filter to sort through the menu quickly? vegan or gluten free etc.
Can’t see a save list for favourite stores either.
Shame developers need to be told these things.
I love Leon and would like to see your app reflecting the quality of your food.
