Party planning made easy!
I used the Seated app for a recent ladies luncheon and it made the planning so much easier! Especially last minute rsvp changes and seating requests! Itβs customizable and I was also able to share final seating plan with venue to help last minute set up for place cards etc.
Canβt do anything with the free version
I could only add 8 people for an event with the free version. Even if you could plan bigger events for free or a lower cost then the plans they offered, the app itself is not quick to use or operate. A tutorial would be helpful.
Free Version Useless
Free version only allows you to add a couple objects and only seat 8 guests which defeats the purpose of the app. Not worth it
Wish there were pre-populated venues
I wish that there were pre-populated popular venues with known obstacles like columns and doors as well as dimensions.

Life-savor!
Love this app! Makes my life SO much easier. I never knew how badly I needed thisβ¦. I recently used it to organize an outdoor event for 30 people. As we were outside, I loved the flexibility to account for trees and shaded areas in my floorpan. We had some last minute no-shows for lunch and the app helped me visualize in real-time how to account for those changes so easily and quickly. I also love the export-to-PDF feature - super easy to share with my business partner and print out for our team. Will definitely be my go-to for future events.

Wonderful!
This app is super intuitive and user friendly. It makes it easy to track my events, add guests, create a layout of the floor plan, and manage my menu items. If you have a wedding, bar mitzvah, graduation party, or any other event coming up, this app is a home run!
User Friendly and Customizable
I used this app to organize a small birthday gathering. It was the perfect way to account for everything in the space so that I could create a really welcoming, cozy vibe. I could play around with where I wanted the speakers and DJ, where to place food and decorations, and how I wanted people to move through the space. I could customize everything, and make last minute changes easily. It made event planning so much less abstract and stressful.
