  • The best wedding coordinator I could have asked for

    I cant thanks enough Olivia for coordinating our wedding so smoothly and perfectly! She has been there for us prior the wedding with all the planning and constantly coordinating via emails with us and our vendors! She is always there whenever we need and helped us coordinate with our vendors very effectively. Olivia understood exactly what our vision and goal is and she took notes on every little details that I mentioned in the meeting! She and her team have really made my dream wedding come true! I really appreciated for all the help way beyond her cope of work! She even helped me to babysitting my boys while I was busy during the wedding. Olivia is definitely the most important person we need as she represents us in any point of contacts during the wedding! Im amazed by the amount of work she has done for us and how she was still being so calm and focus to whats she doing! Olivia is the best wedding coordinator ever!

  • The best all in one wedding planning app!

    Im an IT consultant and downloaded probably 8-10 wedding apps and can confidently say this is hands down the best wedding planning app out there. It’s a one stop shop for wedding planning.

    There are things you expect like the ability to set a budget and track actual vs planned spending, add a guest list, see vendors (and their reviews) and to message them, and a website creator. Lots of apps had the standard things you would expect.

    This app shines in the details, things like:
    1) being able to track how vendor payments were made

    2) creating a detailed task list that is auto-populated with the most common tasks and timeline with calendar reminders

    3) bulk add and import guests from your phone contacts or import lists with addresses and other info from an excel spreadsheet. Each guest has a profile where you can assign general +1s or link names guests as a couple, assign tables, which events they will attend (like rehearsal dinner), assign tables, adult or child, do they need hotel, etc.

    4) sending pre-set messages when you reach out to vendors that will also prompt sending the same message in bulk to similar vendors, track vendors you like, and mark as booked

    I could go on and on, but I won’t. If you’re like me and need something to help you plan while answering questions you didn’t know you had, this is the app for you.

    We wanted to express how AMAZING this venue was! Jessica at The Columns was incredible. She was with us every step of the way, coordinated vendors perfectly and delivered an incredible event we will never forget. The Columns boasts the best venue food we’ve ever had (and we tried a ton), where our guests continue to rave about their food and service. Jessica even worked with us on providing a complimentary champagne bar when the other wedding had to do their ceremony indoors due to weather - our guests thought it was so classy! We can’t say enough about our positive experience with everything they include, the incredible food and the outstanding service. Literally nothing went wrong our entire night and we credit it to Jessica and her team.
