Missing location and zero communication
The Pleasant Grove location is no longer showing or being listed. I went to the location yesterday and it is open. I submitted this in the “contact us” section over a month ago. I never heard anything on their end then I see an update was pushed today saying bugs and fixes. I check the app and PG is still not there.

Great cookies and drinks
Add a cookie counter to the box order
When I order a box of six or more cookies, I need an option to pick two or more cookies of the same flavor. Right now, it's only a checkbox for a single flavor. There's an option to leave a note but that's not convenient or a sure way to get an order right.
Buggy
The app doesn’t deduct loyalty credits from your total and the curbside pickup option doesn’t inform employees you’re outside waiting
