I can’t use my daily pass because the server won’t connect even though my data and wifi are fine. I reinstalled the app and it still won’t connect. The browser doesn’t do daily pass so please fix this

Predatory/misleading
The online website says to download the app to unlock thousands of free chapters , but once you download they say you still need to buy keys to read. Nothing wrong with monetization but please don’t try to mislead
This type of monetization is a racket
This company, like a few others, are extorting Western readers by taking full chapters of stories, and chopping them up into 3 or 4 tiny slivers of a chapter. They then make you pay for each sliver of a chapter as if it were a full one. Basically you end up paying quadruple the amount for a single chapter compared to if you were buying the original work. It’s a scam designed to dupe Western readers who are usually unaware that the chapters are falsely labeled and named. It’s all about extorting money to this company.

App is fine but comickey is kind of trash, once the new manga chapter comes a lot of time the site is down “error 500” up until you have to use currency to buy the chapters and then the site is magically working again

but once you realize they cut chapters short to double the purchase rate. Binging multiple reads becomes not worth the hassle.

Can’t compete and awkward monetization
I typically like free sites but I also support creators where I can. I can understand why they use the key system to monetize, but honestly I just hate it. Especially for the features when compared with free alternatives.
Broken search function
Who releases an app that can’t even search properly for its contents? Literally comes up with no results found on a comic featured in its front page
Not worth the time
While most other manga publishers have moved to subscription models, this one is running on a “key” system. So you can read one chapter a day for free and one with an ad then you have to buy keys. You get extras that are only valid for 5 days, making the big bundles worthless. Shonen Jump offers 100 chapters a day from their archive for £4 a month. Just find the books somewhere else to read rather than support a dumb system like this.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on our current contracts with Japanese, Korean and Chinese publishers, we do not have permission to add a subscription to our service. We will continue exploring options in the future
Its a nice app
Its a nice app but the only thing i dont like about it is that my “continue reading” is always crowded and i cant delete stories Ive dropped. I hope they will update it so we can delete stories that we dont like or have dropped🫠
