So if you used this feature before, you'll be charged for the subscription. However, we'd like to investigate the problem and kindly ask you to contact us at dmytroradionov77@gmail.com. Please also specify what exactly didn't work for you so we can provide you with a solution. Unfortunately, developers can't manage the payments on their part or affect the refund request outcome. Just in case, here are the instructions on how to cancel the recurring payment in your iPhone settings: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
