Almost there
Pretty solid app for a small chain, but I can’t find my favorite orders to save time ordering. I also can’t save my preferred tipping percentage and have to update every time I order. It’s almost there. Thank you Pete’s for offering this :)Agr3.14

Tried 6 times to order. No success.
Added each item, one by one, to the cart, but it kept deleting my order when I tried entering my CC. Super frustrating. App deleted. Went to Chipotle.pixelsam

App is average, could be better if the developer would fix the fact that it can’t validate an a kids Bowl. However, it is perfectly fine with a regular bowl, kind of a bummer.5280DancingBear
Pete’s is the best & just got better!
I love the food, the fresh ingredients, the farming practices, and now the app! I feels like my small town burrito shop where your loyalty & punch card got you a freebie every once and a while, but better!jillianalphabeta
Online Ordering Disabled when Busy
Literally the point of having a restaurant app is to be able to order ahead and not wait in line. You defeat the entire purpose when you’re busy and disable that.JayyGeyy

Missing items
Got home from picking up order to find the dipping sauces ordered for the quesadilla were not in the bag. Both the guacamole and salsa Fresca were MIA.1motivatedangel
Update- great app with a few issues
I’m glad this app exists now, but there are a few issues with it. You can’t show your code for points retroactively. I get not wanting to have people come back up to the counter just to get points; however, I was at the register, and they were still putting my order together. I was unable to get it because I had already paid. Not a huge deal but a bit frustrating. Second, the free small chips and queso reward will not add to your order, so it makes me wonder if it’s the same for the rest of rewards too. Also, the staff haven’t been trained on the app yet and are unable to answer your questions. I think with a few adjustments the app will be great!Itunesisgreedy
