The music doesn’t play through the lightbulb although not sure if it’s meant to?
App crashing
I have had these lights for a couple years and they have worked well in the past. However, I opened up the app in June 2024 and when attempting to adjust the colour of a light it would crash. Some scenes work, but I want a constant colour and they are stuck on blue. If they fix that soon then they are great lights.

Beware: app has been crashing immediately- can’t control lights
I’ve had about 30 of these lights for just over a year and love them. Very easy to connect and to use. The app is basic but does enough for what I need.
Except… last week when I tried to change the color of the lights the app immediately crashed. I restarted but no luck. I checked to see if there was an update to the app but I’m running the most current version. Also the most current version of iOS.
I emailed the company through their web form a few days ago describing the problem but still haven’t heard back. So, essentially these lights are useless now as I can control the intensity or color.
So, beware before spending your money- you may end up with a lot of lights you can’t use. Even if the company gets back to me I don’t know if I’ll keep these since if the app just stops working at a critical time it’ll be a big problem.

App is usable but could benefit from additional features
I bought 8 of these lights for my band. We play in small clubs and bars and these lights look beautiful. I don’t think the developers had considered this as a use case. I have my lights in groups so I can control them from my phone but switching groups in order to get to the modes in each group requires three clicks. It would be really nice if I could have a screen of modes already set up and those modes were tied to groups. Essentially, a page of shortcuts that I could leave open while my band is playing and reach down and click one and all the lights do what I want them to do.

Consider saving each state as a scenario.

Don’t last long
I love these lights but their lifespan isn’t good. The app is simple and great to use, the lights connect right away, but unfortunately within a few months they just stop working. Either the light won’t turn on or it turns on as bright white and no longer connected to the app and won’t reset to reconnect to the app. I’ve bought these lights 3 times already hoping they were simply a faulty purchase but alas, they’re just not good quality. Right approach and app built, but poor physical product.

Well, So So ish
I would really love if they would add the timer to the app. This way I could just program the time on and off from the app. If I am able to shut them all off and turn them all on, they should be able to create the times on and times off.
It’s not very user friendly, the app. I can’t figure out how to create my own scenes. Or save them.
I will say I had major problems connecting and they were super quick to respond via email, they kept responding for multiple days, multiple times. They never gave up!
I finally figured everything out, the lights are very amazing, super bright and super gorgeous.
I just feel the app could be more AND be more user friendly.

Good app, can be improved
I like having the lights controlled by Bluetooth instead of WiFi as WiFi can be hard to reach in farther rooms. The app was improved and has scene selection which are nice. Wish to have normal light selections like 3000K, 4000K, 5000K and 6000K. Right now the normal light is a very white 6000K and cannot be changed to a warmer color.

I’ve had this three years now and the app won’t load. I can only open scene it won’t allow me to open the color wheel it crashes the app?
No upgraded for years then update and the app crashes out. I have an iphone14 so it shouldn’t be compatibility issues.
Please advise what to do to fix the problem, I checked online and it had an update but nothing I control.
