Started great but quit working

I downloaded the app and paid for the credits. After I "unmixed" three songs, the app quit working. No matter what I do (URL or direct download) I get a "File Server Error" Message. I've even tried to contact the company, but can't find a phone number or an email.

File Server Error...

After 3 songs, I've just gotten the "Server error" Message. I tried to reach out to the company... but there apparently is no way to do so. (The email button in the app is a dead link)

Button does not work

I tried the app on my mac mini desktop. I wanted to seperate the tracks from an ai song I orignated. I tried over and over to hit the big button at the bottom but nothing happens.

I hate apps that are built to that nickel and dime users.

I really don’t like buying something without knowing if it works well then it should help this app give you 3 simple coins just for using it. I thought okay that will hopefully work for one track and it should give me an idea if this is the app for me. If it can do what I need it too and if it’s worth paying for it. Well turns out the “generous” simple coins aren’t all that “generous” after all as they’re easily obtained simply by watching an ad oh and the kicker. The simple coin is basically the absolute basic of features the ones the about 50 other apps already can do. The feature I need is one they hide bind the pay wall and you have no idea if it’ll work. Yes to use other basic features you need to blindly give them money unsure how it works so they’ll give you premium tokens for $2.99 you get two. There’s not even an option to trade simple coins for it. Oh well. Guess I’ll go find an app that’ll let me actually try it’s before I buy it.

If you don't want to wait months to unMix a song longer than 3 minutes then you have to pay money.

unmix not free

So, unless you have a song that is less than a couple minutes, you're going to have to make a purchase. That's Okay, but the track I submitted came back with some of the vocal bleeding into the instrumental. Not what I signed up for.

wow!

This is really cool. The vocal and the instruments are completely separated. They are really distinguisde from one another. I completely understand that these good things have to be paid for. i just wish that they would disclose what the free version can and cannot do (like you can only separate songs shorter than three minutes on the free version) in the app description.
