CHALLENGES & STREAKS HAVE ARRIVED! We’re excited to introduce new ways to earn energy and items with our latest update. Here’s what’s new: DAILY & WEEKLY CHALLENGES Take on daily and weekly challenges to earn rewards such as food, toys, and even Augments! Special challenges are on the horizon, offering even more opportunities for you to engage and win. STREAKS Consistency is key! Our new streaks feature rewards you with energy for consistently banking your steps. The longer your streak, the more energy you’ll receive. It’s a great way to stay motivated and keep your Genopet thriving. ENERGY ADJUSTMENTS With the introduction of challenges and streaks, we’ve adjusted the energy earned from banking steps. While these changes may alter your energy earnings from steps, players who complete all their challenges and maintain their streaks will now have the potential to earn even more energy than before. BUG FIXES We’ve addressed issues that were causing the app to crash. You should notice smoother performance and a more reliable experience overall. Update now & get banking in v1.1!

Augments, Boosts, & Cosmetic Crystals are new items that are purchased directly from other players (peers) not the Genopet's team. This is a whole new way to connect players. There's a lot to unpack so expect more updates soon.  Augment Shop Opens Visit the Augment Express! This is your go-to spot to buy augments directly from other players. Expand your collection and fine-tune your Genopet's stats & abilities. Specialty Shop Additions Exciting new items await you in the Specialty Shop. Grab Boosts to gain more energy when banking steps. Augmentation Screen Redesign Experience a fresh look at our augmentation screen, showcasing clearer set bonuses, active augments, and which augments affect which stats. Updated Pet Details Screen Dive deeper into your Genopet’s capabilities. Now, see accurate stats, including set bonuses and HP, at a glance. Social Features Intro New social features! Begin by adding friends from contacts, setting a unique username, and personalizing with a profile photo. These are just the building blocks. More interactive features are on the horizon! Note: all usernames were reset to random names in v0.8.1—even if you had set your username yourself before. Please make sure to update your username. Account Page Overhaul Navigate an improved account page, from viewing your badges and Genopets to adjusting account details like username & user profile image with ease. Step Battles Enhancement Gain clarity in step battles by viewing the average steps of all players in the battle before joining. Join public battles without energy requirements. Whether it’s your best friend or mom, it’s time to find out who truly rules the walking world. PET EXPRESSIONS HAVE LANDED! Experience your Genopet’s emotions! They react to actions: spinning might make them dizzy, and treats will surely make them smile. Beware of hangry moods! Dive in and explore these new additions with your Genopet! STYLE SETS TAKE EFFECT! Equip specific augment sets for unique effects: • 4 Jurassic Augments = 15% speed boost. • 3 Cetacea Augments = +4 to all stats. • 3 Aviana Augments = +10% HP boost. • 3 Mysterious Cetacea = still mysterious (more soon) Note: Set Bonus effects are visible during augment selection. True Colors: Nostalgic for your Genopet’s original colors? With the latest update, you can always revert to your Genopet’s summoning colors, even after using a Chroma Crystal. Recycle Augments: Get rid of clutter and gain back energy by recycling your extra Augments. Upgrade Augments: Enhance your gaming experience by combining multiple of the same Augment to upgrade them to the next variant or class. 2. Other Improvements: Summoning Scene UI Update: We’ve revamped the summoning scene for a more immersive and visually pleasing experience. Level Based Graphics: Enjoy our new graphics which now change based on your Genopet’s level. Change Colors on the Augmentation Screen: Trying out different looks is now as easy as a click with the ability to change colors directly on the augmentation screen.
