Solid app for session tracking
I’ve been using this app for a while now at the gym for tracking my workouts and I’ve been impressed by the simplicity of the design. Previously I would use notes in iPhone which was okay, but hard to keep track of day by day.
What I would really benefit from in the app is two improvements:
1. To be able to edit an exercise after inputting the activity and saving. Often times I save an exercise down but decide I want to squeeze another set in but currently you need to delete it and re-enter
2. When doing weights I often change the weights I am lifting or the sets. At present the reps/set can only be a fixed value. Would be great if you could save down the activity on a per set basis. Would also help when you fail to reach the total amount of reps of the weight is just a bit to heavy.
Otherwise, overall hits the brief of a really simple
User friendly weight tracking program. Less is definitely more in this day and age!
