  • So much potential.

    This would of been an excellent app if they had video tutorials rather then one picture to go on for training. Just one photo of a person in one position, is not good enough to go on. We need a video or a couple more pictures to define the position you want the user to be in for the stretch. Pictures do not help or at least put a description or example video to explain. Just a picture with someone in a position and telling them to do it for 45 seconds is really confusing and leaves more questions unanswered. Please fix your pictures to at least have a description on the exercise or video so we can follow along and not be lost in the dark.
