TERRIBLE MEMBER SUUPPORT
I have not been paid out for the month of January and I have sent what feels like 59 emails because there is no number to call for member support. I was brought on when club fans was just breaking out and would have zoom calls every few weeks to discuss strategies to improve the app. Things began to change and I didn’t have communication with anyone anymore. New developments were made and no email updates were sent out to inform its members. Recently, I was not paid out for the month of January and I set my bill schedule accordingly to my monthly payout from club fans. I have not received payout, there is no way to get paid, I have reached out several times for 5 days straight and they have made zero attempts to resolve the problem and reassure me that this is will never happen again. There is no number to call. There is no one who has been able to provide me with any assistance that is helpful in initiating my automatic payout for the month of January and I have fallen behind in my bill schedule because of this matter. This kind of thing will ruin an amazing platform built for creators to bring in an independent stream of income, but if we creators cannot depend on the reliability of this app, it will crash and burn. I am writing this review to get someone’s attention, feedback and immediate assistance. I will take it down once I have been contacted and assisted in this matter. I have been an avid club user but this unacceptable.Show lessj_essence_

Beware, transaction will be declined, you will still be charged. If it’s a debit card, will fall off after a couple week. If you use the apply pay and use Apple Cash, they will take the money and say they didn’t get it. I have been in contact with both support and apple support. Way to much time spent to get my money back, and copy and paste responses from clubs “support” beware this is a fake app,if you loose your money don’t say you were not warned!!!Show lesstimbft

This app is extremely difficult to navigate. The developers purposely make the UI as confusing as possible to trick you into buying Club+ membership. Half the time, you have to use their website on a browser to do anything meaningful with account settings, including payments and privacy settings. Do not waste your time.

I try to delete my account but instead they send me an email as if I’m not logged in, I’ve tried many times and it doesn’t work, if theres a support where you can call someone to cancel or delete you account for you that would be very helpful, so far it’s a scamSneakerhead26
