Some points to work on
So for 29.99 a month you get an exceptional amount of workouts and programs to follow along with, and the option to buy his premium programs and probably have those integrated with the app. The videos are also great as well. However, I have a few suggestions to make the app even better. One: Allowing the input of the kettlebell weight you are working with and having a history of that so you can track that progression. Two: the recommended beginner weights at least for each exercise, and/or including the tiers of weights you should be at for intermediate and advanced users, or even putting a recommended RPE per set somewhere would help too. Perhaps I haven't used it long enough to see why that would be a good or bad idea but after using multiple apps and programs that at least seems to be common between all of them. (Using Volt, Jeff Nippard, Tactical Barbell, Enter the Kettlebell, and much more as reference) And three: Putting in coaching cues to help bring in the points we cant see through just video.

Exceptional content packaged in an easy to use app
I’ve purchased kettlebell programs from Dre prior to the app being live, and the biggest pain was flipping between program PDFs and YouTube tutorials. Now that all that content is packaged into the app, plus added workout tracking and other goodies, it’s easier now than ever to get working. Great to see that IAH takes user feedback into consideration when developing their tools/programs, Thank you!
