Timer option

This is a well written, enjoyable game but sometimes after you start a game it’s necessary to stop and delay your game but the timer doesn’t appear to stop running so when you resume the game and solve it you get a low score. The ability to pause the timer would be a great addition.

Best Wordl app

I’ve been trying all the wordl apps and this is by far the best one. Apps are reasonable, Runs fast and UI is simple and to the point. I’m addition I love that you actually get a definition of the word after the puzzle. It helps me grow my vocabulary and have a fun puzzle while I do it.

My only critique would be, it is a little abrupt when puzzle ends. Adding a short animation to tradition to the word/definition screen would make it less jarring.

With that bing said this is exactly what I have been looking for, a simple adaptation of a simple games. With non of the pointless extras and frustrating adds.

Busy bee

missing the leaderboard that was on when i started also friends score tried everything to get it back but no luck otherwise really like the format.

Good game!

I love how this app dosent have any pop-up ads. Almost all wordless apps have pop-up’s. Also, this app has good features like history, and how to play. I love the style of the app and the efficiency of it. Thanks developer for making a good game.

The BEST version of Wordle

I have tried many versions of Wordle type apps and this is the best. It has a clean interface, gives you definitions of the words once the game is over, and for a nominal price you can remove all ads.

Kudos to the developers.

Fun product!! But it crashes!

I have been using this product for several months on an older iPhone 7 with no problems. Less than a month after upgrading to an iPhone 14, the program crashed and will not load. Off loading app and tried stalling foes not help. DBK

Strange that this game gives you a grade

I’ve had this game for a few days and have played it around 15 times. noticed that at least some of the words are at least vaguely Biblical, including “Bible“ and“smite“. no positive or negative comment about that but just FYI.
What I do find strange and amusing is that for every game you play, you get a letter grade. I can understand that if you’re being tested on knowledge of a subject, but it’s strange to be graded on a guessing game. I realize there is some logic to subsequent guess is after the first guess, because some letters generally fit together better than others, etc. but it is very odd that the game grades each game that is played.
FWIW, I did fairly well, but it’s bizarre that you apparently can get an “A” because you happened to guess correctly.
I think I’ll look for another similar game.

Nothing there

I just downloaded this and paid for it but it doesn’t open. Just a green screen with no options.

American spelling

Good app but American spellings are a bit naughty. Not something you think of immediately. Otherwise fine

Would be more fun with current words

I like this game a lot. However, it should use words that are in circulation. I am a 65 year old college graduate and an avid fiction reader. I have yet to come across “cates: delicious food” or “dilly: a type of stagecoach”. Are these from 200 years ago? After all there aren’t many stagecoaches currently used.

Maybe it’s that these 2 words were less than 10 games apart. But if they continue to pop up I’ll switch to another game. Please use words that are currently used by people.
