App does not update status information
The application does not update to reflect the latest status of charger and charging operation. It just keeps displaying the information collected originally, when the charger was added to the app via Wi-Fi connection.

I bought this thing. Expected it to be what it advertised. It’s not.
I’m able to add the device, connect to the device - but it gives zero readings about what it’s doing and what the battery stats are. Pretty lame.

Not listing charging amps. Would like it to be adjustable like other apps/chargers.
Better than most but still falls short
If you unplug a unit the app never picks up the unit is offline. Charges well until it doesn’t. Unit says it’s charging but isn’t connected to anything but is plugged into power just not connected to a battery.
Thinking of using this the 16A EV charger?

This charger performs very well.
The app unfortunately ruin a great experience.
It used to maintain a history of previous charges which was very good for keeping track of the KW’s added to the vehicle…
I did have a telephone conversation with a gentleman who suggested I delete the app and then download a new copy and it should b show the history of each use. This has not worked!!!
Please help me to get this back. 5* when this works as it should.

Charger is great WiFi blue tooth and app not properly engineered do not work so far
Can’t get app to connect the device. Wifi says device joins network but app won’t work. Still trying on phone with tech support a few times.
Poor documentation
The only instructions on how to use and set the app up are in the app. The instructions are written to apply to all their products so they don’t have anything specific to connecting to the EV charger. It appears that you can connect to the charger using either wi-fi or Bluetooth but there are no instructions on how to connect via Bluetooth. The device has a Bluetooth button but there are no instructions to tell you how to use the button to connect via Bluetooth.
Thankfully the charger works great and doesn’t require the app to work.
