The ux is not optimized there’s too many marketing names for things like warmup that are placed in line with the questions people are asking and the questions themselves are non interactable beyond a like that doesn’t signal the point of anything

The surveys are powered by an external company pollfish but they are not covered in the privacy policy and they ask some pretty invasive questions. Even if they eventually are covered by throws privacy policy why not just pull our profile data instead of wasting our time re answering and increasing likelihood of erroneous data entry
They only use stripe for pay out but there is no 2FA or MFA security on the app
The survey crashes often
Setting up profile it’s not made clear to add tags (even if duplicated across all three categories. Interests. Personality. Expertise)

I liked the app because I got to answer questions and earn money for it. However after I redeemed my points I haven't been getting any questions to answer anymore..receipt rewards

I can’t log back into my throw account keeps saying my password is wrong.I don’t want to give them access to my bank account details
It’s possible this app might turn into the next big thing, or at least become a reliable way to earn money. Is this the next ChaCha? Does anyone else but me remember ChaCha? I made thousands of dollars there and it was my full time job for 3 years. This might become the same. If it is, I don’t want to miss out.
But there has to be another way to cash out, than to use stripe. Paypal, venmo, gift cards, anything. That’s just ludicrous.Cellytron

I redeem my points but I don’t know where it’s going to deposit because I don’t remember putting my bank information. Also I can’t login for some reason it’s telling me my password is wrong which I tried recovering my password, but I’m not getting any email from throw.
