  • Glitch in app for levels after 206

I was done with 206 level and now today am on 201
  • I LOVE this game

I played 116 games in several streaks before I noticed that the answer to almost every one of my last seven or eight games was the word DAISY. Could not get through to the help section so I deleted the game and am starting over.
  • Fun until you get past level 531

Lots of fun. But now whenever I open the game, it starts me at level 531. It was mildly irritating when I was only a few levels ahead. But I am currently at level 600 and would now have to replay 69 levels to reach my current level. Too much trouble for me to play until this glitch gets fixed.
  • Stopped working

I was loving this game. However, at level 69 the word was evoke - which as 2 “e”s so I lost. I also cannot get past level 69. It keeps taking me back to level 61. I had the same 4 words 4X. Obviously when I got to 69 again I typed the word evoke and won but again - right back to level 61. It’s a shame because up to that pint it was super fun.

  • “Jocky” is not a word

At level 109 I finally failed to guess the word only to be told the word was “Jocky”. “Jockey” is a word (not 5 letters). But as far as I know “Jocky” is not. The app starts making the words harder to guess as you go up in levels - which some people might like - but putting in obscure or incorrect words is not really any fun and breaks your streak. I would prefer the words be similar to the online Wordle game in difficulty as I like using this app to try out different guessing strategies. Letting the user pick a difficulty level would be another approach. Other than that this app is well designed and a good way to play the Wordle guessing game more than once a day.

Update: “SAVEY”? At level 141 that’s apparently the answer. Did you mean “SAVVY”? Based on my “JOCKY” experience, I actually guessed this one. This is a potentially popular app, but getting the words right for a broad audience is important.

Looking at the other reviews, I’ll say I’ve never once seen an Ad while using this app. The daily coins and bonuses for guessing in fewer tries are plenty to play as many levels as you want.

One improvement would be to let you have an option to see your guesses after finishing the game. It’s a little frustrating that your game gets hidden immediately after finishing.

  • Rediculous

I played first 3 levels and they weren’t even words I’ve EVER used or even heard! I’m college educated but it’s ridiculous to begin the game this way. Deleting now. Glad I didn’t pay for it.
  • Fun but flawed

Game kept me entertained until I noticed that the points I had built up slowly started to be eliminated despite me having a 51 game winning streak. The first game was the only I lost. Got up till 400 or so in stars, then each time you start a new one, you pay for it in points. So what you were awarded for gets taken away plus the 5 or so more points needed to start a new game. So if I keep going, I’ll basically end up back at square one with 0 points, which is discouraging. Tried to reach out through tech support, but it only gives you an option to go back to the App Store. And the menu icon on the support page didn’t respond when selected. Removing the app from my pad since there’s no recourse.

    Developer Response

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Seems you have confused our coin system for points. Your points are your scores from the stats section. The coins are instead a system that allows our players to play 99% of the time ad-free. For the few users who drop to zero coins, they will be prompted to watch an ad to continue. These rare cases allow us to cover our operation costs. With plenty of coin rewards from our daily reward and through puzzle completion, most users never reach 0.. and it seems neither have you. So consider yourself lucky to be playing 100% ad-free rather than feeling short-handed for not being able to sit on a mound of coins. Hehe XD
  • Coin structure makes no sense

Your typically make 35 coins per puzzle you get right, but it takes 50 coins to buy a new puzzle... so you're constantly watching ads
