Paywall money grab
The game itself is actually quite fun, but that’s where it ends, the actual design of the game literally stops you from playing if you don’t spend money, everything is put behind a soft pay wall, it gets to a point where you cant upgrade any further unless you progress through the next level, but guess what, they ramp up the difficulty so high past level 15 that even fully upgraded you can’t progress unless you pay money. Overall just a garbage game with a greedy developer

Has an energy system that is pay-to-play
Instant 1 star for any game that artificially limits how much you can play using an energy system, but gladly lets you spend real money to skip the energy recharge.

great way to pass time :’) also if you’re having trouble with the yeti’s, you can herd them into one big chunk and then run clockwise around them to evade the snowballs and getting slowed down, which is what really gets ya lol

The game is fun but gets hard quickly and you don’t get decent upgrades to keep up with the difficulty.
Pay-to-Proceed Game with long ads
Just in case you’re wondering, the difficulty RAMPS at level 22. You can either choose to grind for days and days, or start buying jewels.
Also, some of the ads are ridiculous. These aren’t your usual 30-second-skip ads. The constant ad for the “Tower War Tactical Conquest” app is ridiculous, almost 1.5 minutes and unskippable. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game.
If all this sounds like your idea of a good time, this game is for you. 👎

Ok, but…
The game is fun for a while, but then the difficulty curve becomes an asymptote and you have to grind for days on end in the hope of getting component upgrades you need.. no idea if you get boned even harder once you start paying for resources but I wouldn’t be surprised. At least the ads aren’t obnoxious, at least until you have to run the gem mine over and over and over and 3x the reward with an ad daily for ages to hope to come close to measurable distance of finishing level 22, not that I’m bitter. The gameplay is fun, otherwise I wouldn’t be bothering, but progress shouldn’t suddenly be 100x harder arbitrarily

5 star game
This game is amazing, no ads micro-transactions are only for bonus currency, art is incredible and gameplay is genuinely fun. I din’t rate 5 stars though because games with only five star ratings don’t look right.

Chapter 8 is impossible
You can’t beat it without spending a lot
Bait and switch
Game is playable the first 10 or so levels. Then it becomes nothing but grinding and hoping you get lucky with the RNG gods as you have to rely on them to get the right items to upgrade. Half the equipment is useless as most enemies attack you from off screen and your weapons dont even target them. Add to that the slow down effect that you get hit with even with the projectile misses you so all the close range enemies swarm you so you get pummeled by everything, oh unless you spend $$$$$$ then you can get uber powers.

Yetis made me quit, as soon as you get hit by the million of projectiles you’re slowed and you have no chance. Think next time
