Dream event bug
I love this game but during almost every dream event, I have at least 1 dragon stop collecting dream tokens. It usually ends up being one of my top earning dragons so I end up losing my rank. It’s really frustrating when I spend my gems to level up the dragons and their nests just for them to stop collecting dream tokens. Please fix this!!Show lesscaptain collector
The Event broke for my kids
With no way to fix it, the little event dragons just stopped working and their timers froze at zero.
No way to get it working, the kids just lost all the effort they put into the dragons for the dream event. So just a warning if the you have little ones that it may freeze without warning.Smrt 0o
Bit slow
The game starts to drag after a day or so, and you can’t purchase currency to make it go any quickerLjhns
Great idle game except for the glitch
Love the simple storyline and the characters are cute. However every so often the nests stop generating coins defeats the purpose of an idle game. If that bug can be resolved, would rate this game higher.zanxibar
Freezing issue with generating coins
At random times, game mechanic to generate coins freezes and is unable to be reset. Super frustrating.Wbshades

Cute, addicting, but buggy
The timers quit working for me, meaning I stop earning money completely. It happens the most on event maps:(Jbergleton
The event has stopped collecting coins
I have the circles but no green lines showing and my coin amount isn’t going upLumc10
Bug ruins the game
I’ve encountered the same issue as someone else. During an event, my automated dragons have completely stopped giving gold - this totally kills my ability to maintain my leaderboard position, or remain competitive in the event (3rd place, at the time the bug occurred).
Netflix support was no help at all, as they basically just advised me to wait and said that they would look into the issue, along with telling me to check back daily and see if there is any change.
I tried updating, restarting my phone, reinstalling the game - all with no luck.
It’s absurd that this is Netflix’s handling of the event, because it completely invalidates the time I’d spent to gain my ranking. I feel like it was a total waste of time to even attempt to contact support, as well as basically spitting in my face by saying that there’s no ETA on a resolution and to just wait; since events are time limited - this is no help.Show lessDevoveTakenName
