  • Game frequently stops producing currency

It’s the typical idle/accumulation game and is fun. However, every day the game stops producing currency on either the Main Game side or the Event side. The Event side of the game has no produced any currency for at least the last 2 hours and ai have gone from 95th place to 130th. It just makes the game frustrating and takes the fun out of playing.

  • Make it make sense

shop items & event deals are overpriced. Since this game is part of the netflix subscription, you can’t make in-app purchases. However, everything costs too many gems and there’s not a reasonable way to earn gems in comparison to how much everything costs.
The game has potential. It’s very cute and runs smoothly but it is going to inadvertently demotivate its players by offering steep in game prices and little way to earn that currency.

  • Event malfunction customer service bad

My event has been malfunctioning for hours and I told customer service which asked me questions and never offered in game compensation even when proof was provided that was I losing out on special e event rewards. Honestly since I’m losing on rewards it kinda puts me off the game now since it’s so hard to go up days once you’re passed a certain day without the event rewards.

  • Would be 5 stars but…

I love this game but it needs to be updated to have more days I’ve been waiting forever my review will change once I have more levels to play
  • Love the game BUT….

I love the game! But it’s very frustrating whenever you’re playing the events and your dragons stop collecting gold. I’m currently playing in event and I’ve only been playing for about a week and I was doing relatively well. I was in the 70s so I was gonna get some thing when the event ended in 13 or so hours. But I just logged in to check my dragons and they’re not collecting any gold and I checked my status and now I am at 103 which means I’m no longer in the running to get any special event items. So I just spent the past four days working on the event for nothing.

I took some screenshots of everything, but I don’t see where to upload it to speak to support in the game. Other than that major fallacy it seems OK I’ve even tried restarting the game and restarting my iPad. None of it worked.

  • GREAT GAME but it feels abandoned

Loving this game, but I’m maxed out. I’ve finished all the levels they have released, and it doesn’t feel like any updates are coming. Their social media is dead, the version history is just about transferring it to being a Netflix game…
  • Netflix game but still designed for pay

The design of this game is still really meant for a paid version but because it’s a Netflix game you can’t pay, so progress stalls considerably. You literally can’t keep up, because the cost of upgrade per dragon/nest goes up with each upgrade, and you never really seem to get more potions to keep up. And as you go through the game, you have to be at a certain level before you can automate, but because it costs too much to upgrade, you can’t automate at all.
It’d be a great game if there was a mechanism to actually make more gems because other than waiting for some, which is never enough to do what you need, then you’re kinda stuck because you can’t pay for them, which is clearly how the game was designed.
I think the developers should be testing for user ability, you’ll see it’s not functional on a non-paid basis (ie as part of the Netflix subscription).

  • Love it!

Super addictive. My only issue is that I’ve reached the point in the game that just says “more days coming soon.” Is there an update coming? I miss playing. Granted I can still do dream events but I’m just collecting cooking in the main game.
  • Broken

My game broke in November. I contacted support in December hoping they would be able to help me and never got a response. It is now March and the game is still completely unplayable, the developers don’t seem to care that they put out a crap game. When it worked, it was a lot of fun but now it is completely useless garbage.

  • Love it, some slight issues

Absolutely adorable, very fun, very satisfying game. Ran into a problem in a dream event when I used gems to buy a 1 hour “time skip”, my dragons stopped producing gold entirely for the rest of the dream event. Also don’t know what to do with all of the extra cards that I collect, they’re going unused; would love to be able to exchange them for gems or potions.
