Frequently can’t connect
The app often starts with an error, “can’t connect, try again later”. Really unreliable.

Confusing, end up back in the main screen a lot unintentionally, rewards don’t always work
Orders fine but glitched my iPhone
Right after installing my incoming calls started going straight to VM. Could not figure out the issue. All phone settings were OK. Went on for three days or so. Uninstalled Rush Bowls and the problem went away.
Extremely limited capabilities through the app
Extremely limited app, not helpful for frequent users. The app does not show your reward points, nor does it allow you to place and order using your reward points. You can’t even contact the company, they refer you to only the individual locations.
Great app, even greater food
Rush Bowls is delicious with lots of healthy options. Cool employees with good customer service.
Chaotic app design
The design is somewhat chaotic, causing ordering wrong items in the menu.

I’ve had a lot of acai bowls in my life and I gotta tell you the Beach bowl from Rush Bowls is hands down the best in the business! I would give it 100 stars if I could!
