Solid App
Was a breeze to download/use and was a great way to communicate with my case manager instead of talking on phone. Uploading documents is super easy!

Wasn’t sure about the app when I saw the ratings but they must have overhauled it since then bc I actually really like it
I have 2 separate cases with them so it helps me stay organized. I can message my case manager and schedule appointments and the app doesn’t look like some boring lifeless app. It’s engaging 😅.

The worst!
Most unprofessional office of any kind I have ever dealt with. Sarcastic unhelpful staff , not responding to questions… if you need legal help, avoid Morgan and Morgan!
DO NOT TRUST
Retained Morgan and Morgan after auto accident. Signed settlement five months ago still haven’t received a dime. My attorney isn’t honest and is highly motivated to pocket the most he can and to give me nothing. That’s been my experience, and you can’t talk to anyone except your legal team there is no supervision the lawyers can do whatever they please no matter how unethical and perverse. Even when you contact the Florida bar they do nothing. What a joke!

Just a mirage
My one unfortunate encounter with Morgan And Morgan left me with promises of the world to be found I was misled and then left high and dry with little formality and nothing approaching professionalism - except the apology note I had received from someone apparently human at least. But words at the point….

Super easy to use, love how I can view my case
It’s really great that Morgan makes it so easy to view the status of my case and upload documents right in the app.
App not working
When I first downloaded app it worked as it should now I can’t even sign in at all keeps sending me verification codes. That were not requested .
App malfunction
The app is not responding correctly. It freezing in stage 1. Or 2 and the wheel just keep spinning even after reset and re installation and once it got to the part it gave me a phone code. But afterwards it wasent even doing that. I couldn’t. Get to the complete. Log in. To the center
Customer service is horrible
