Broken app
This app needs to be fixed, when trying to open the app it keeps given me a error message regarding no connection, it’s embarrassing when you have to pay for something and the app is not wanting to open up so I can unlock my card, I’ve been a member for 10+ years and VyStar has gone downhill and I will most likely be getting another bank do to the ongoing issues the apps and VyStar has been going through the past couple of years. When it works..
It does what it’s intended to do… when it works.
I keep cards locked until I need to use them then I unlock one long enough to use it then lock it again. In the last four months, it’s been a coin toss on if the app will work or not when I need it. When it doesn’t work, which is about 60% of the time I need it to, it gives me some server error message.XVIII
Don’t waste your storage
This app has been been giving me problems from day one it constantly say connection with network turn off my WiFi it’s the same issue. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled so many times still having the same problem. This is important to use who has Vystar to be able to lock and unlock card please fixKingDenise
