I often have issues with the app. Being able to lock or unlock my card. In these times especially not being able to unlock my card and get to my money when needed has made me think about switching banks. It’s very frustrating to be standing in line to pay for something with people behind me, and my app keeps saying… Oops…
It’s not an oops when I can’t access my money! So I hope you guys work on this issue because I’m sure I’m not the only one.
The other day I went to pull up my app to see how much was in my account to see if I could even get some food for lunch, and the whole app was down. Thankfully I had a little bit of cash on me and was able to get a little something to hold me over!Show lessSandra73!
Worst bank I ever had
The app constantly logs me out my account . And just now it deleted my checking and saving account . Do not recommend this bank to anyone. This is the most stupidest app I ever had , and please don’t try to call they’ll put u on hold for hours just to tell u to “update the app” like that’s now the first thing I thought of when I got logged out my account honestly just switch banks they don’t gaf about you at all. Bill pay
Very difficult to set multiple payments with in the same monthfrom the same creditor
There is no ledger with definitions for signs example “history in bill pay small red circle with 45 degree line ?
Once a creditor name is set up to change or add
payment date or amount is a hit or miss
Schedule monthly payment date are not in order some multiple payment dates shown are listed multiple months mixed in single monthly pay dates payment dates should all be listed on the month payment is being madeShow lessPaulk8012
