What a difference
Wow! What a difference.. What an upgrade from the old app.. as a preferred player from the old app. The welcome bonuses were shocking to see. They also told me promotions would not be lacking!!
Most slot apps do not load
Too many of the slot apps freeze the app. It brings you to a black screen and does not let you go back or interact with the app anymore. Have to force close it and re-open if you want to try another game. Some of the slot apps are also very buggy and filled with graphical errors, like a bonus phase that just freezes the screen for it to do its routine.
Lack of testing, lack of QC. Embarrassing effort from what is supposed to be PA’s #1 Casino. I audibly boo’d this app like how I boo the Flyer’s power play. Garbage.

Fixed app
They fixed the app it runs smoothly now. Honestly parx has the best promos and you never even need to deposit once. No brained to download
Buggy.
Mid free spins after getting a mega win. The game loses connection. I have great service and never lose connection on any other device.. now I’m unable to go back to the game because of a technical error. I didn’t receive my winnings. Customer support keeps saying the same thing, clear cache cookies and delete app. However the game is not working on any device or browser so it’s obviously a backend issue.
The other issue is that you cannot withdrawal to your account even after adding a bank account it doesn’t allow you to deposit from the bank account at all. So if you want to withdrawal you have to drive to the Casino itself. The app and the website needs to be fixed. Should have waited to launch with all these issues.

Terrible!
This app is awful. Constantly disconnects you. Screens are so small. The games bounce all over. Tried to make a deposit to get the promotion and it won’t allow me to scroll down to pick my saved credit card. Never had these issues on the old app. If it will allow me to make a withdrawal (probably not!), I’ll be pulling all my money out until they fix these issues. Very disappointing!

Rushed attempt to upgrade
1.) logs out immediately after you flip to another app and go back to parx app
2.) fonts are terrible. White on dark screen is bad, you need colors easier on eyes
3.) how do you make a withdrawl???
4.) the A-Z screen to search sports is now a complete mess
5.) lost ability to follow bet slips from any screen when previously you had that screen on bottom banner. It gets lost from the top banner at times.
6.) within a bet slip, it just says if the bet slip won or lost. Does not tell you game by game which ones won or lost within the slip
Fix those listed issues
Make the app buttons configurable so i can make things that matter to me configurable. I don't want to see sports i have no interest in betting. When i check live scores, i don't want to see them by "popular". Also with the live screen, get rid of that top listing of every game that i have to scroll down through in order to find my games A-Z. People may like that, but I hate it and hated it in the old app. Make these views configurable!
I'm here for sports gambling, get the casino gaming off of my valuable screen. If i want casino gaming, i'll go find it. Single clicks on my main screen should be for sports gaming.
Fix this constand login/logout crap. And contantly checking location issue. You didn't have this in the old app, this is insane.
