New app terrible
Prior to the new online “upgraded” parx pa online casino I had enjoyed playing my favorite games. Now I cannot play certain games because of some issue with the new online app. I cleared my cache and I deleted the app numerous times, but still I have the same problems. Also, I would note the games winnings (the ones I played on old app) seem to be paying out differently and in a losing way. I wonder if there was a change in who owns/ bought etc game. However, there is a note able change in a lot of the games I’ve played. New features may play a role too. Bonuses are not nearly as good as other pa online casinos in Pa and the ones that are offered are based on the money your spending to achieve bonus. There isn’t a thank you for spending certain amount of money like before (free spins etc), now it’s just here’s the bonus offer now your compensation is based on luck.

Location issues
You can play for two minutes at a time then your game gets abruptly closed with a message saying they need to confirm my location. There has to Be a way they could program these location checks to happen “behind the scenes” as needed so I don’t have to keep relaunching the games over and over and over again.

I Hated the old one I hate the new one
As a consistent gambler I’ve notice that when you first signed up for a casino , you usually get pretty lucky (I’m guessing that’s to wheel you in) but with park I’ve been playing for over two years an only ever had 1 withdrawal!!! I know I know “ it’s gambling , it’s luck “ blah blah blah but come one now they give you these bonuses within 15x 20x Wager requirements(which u will never meet if you are the average player) The upgrade is cool but other than that be expected to waste money on this app!

Win in beginning
I like the new App! However, I feel like they let you win good in the beginning and not so much after they get you on the hook! I play on $5 and when I get the bonus spins I keep getting whatever amount of spins and 50 extra wilds…which is the lowest amount of wilds that can be added! On $5 and $2.50 spins I shouldn’t ALWAYS get 50 extra wilds! That’s just crazy to me!!

What a difference
Wow! What a difference.. What an upgrade from the old app.. as a preferred player from the old app. The welcome bonuses were shocking to see. They also told me promotions would not be lacking!!
Most slot apps do not load
Too many of the slot apps freeze the app. It brings you to a black screen and does not let you go back or interact with the app anymore. Have to force close it and re-open if you want to try another game. Some of the slot apps are also very buggy and filled with graphical errors, like a bonus phase that just freezes the screen for it to do its routine.

Fixed app
They fixed the app it runs smoothly now. Honestly parx has the best promos and you never even need to deposit once. No brained to download
Buggy.
Mid free spins after getting a mega win. The game loses connection. I have great service and never lose connection on any other device.. now I’m unable to go back to the game because of a technical error. I didn’t receive my winnings. Customer support keeps saying the same thing, clear cache cookies and delete app. However the game is not working on any device or browser so it’s obviously a backend issue.
The other issue is that you cannot withdrawal to your account even after adding a bank account it doesn’t allow you to deposit from the bank account at all. So if you want to withdrawal you have to drive to the Casino itself. The app and the website needs to be fixed. Should have waited to launch with all these issues.

Terrible!
This app is awful. Constantly disconnects you. Screens are so small. The games bounce all over. Tried to make a deposit to get the promotion and it won’t allow me to scroll down to pick my saved credit card. Never had these issues on the old app. If it will allow me to make a withdrawal (probably not!), I’ll be pulling all my money out until they fix these issues. Very disappointing!
