2) requires a wager minimum to withdraw your earnings. I won about $200, went to withdrawal and couldn’t. Spoke to a representative and they said I opted in to a promotion in which I had to wager $1100 before withdrawing my earnings. Never when I opted into this promotion did it state this (I’m assuming it was in the super fine print).
3) go spend your money on FanDuel, not on this garbage app

No issues, loving app
I haven’t had any of the issues mentioned. Really enjoying the games. Customer support has been excellent also.

I play online here frequently. I’m ready to file a complaint and have them investigated. Weeks and weeks have passed , no bonus. Really not one bonus in probably thousands of spins. Unless it’s “fixed” or broken it’s really not possible to go that long without some kind of win or a bonus.

Like most online casino patrons I choose to play on sites with fast withdraws, when they remodeled the app and claimed to have one of the fastest withdrawal times of any platform, i decided to test it. 4 mins 39 seconds my withdrawal was in my PayPal, pretty quick right? About 3 weeks and 4-5 deposits after that I withdraw again and it’s been 2 days and it still has yet to reviewed. I’ve contacted player support a few times and they tell me they have 72 hours to process it, but they were able to do it in under 5 minutes the first time? I don’t like being jerked around, especially when it comes to my money. If I’m going to gamble online it’s going to be on a platform that returns my money just as fast as it takes it like BetRivers or PokerStars.

Strongarm robbery
In all my years of gambling never have I felt like this before. The original deposit I put was wipe within minute without me winning even 10 cents back, the same with the match bonus they provided as well. And the Odds seem so absolutely abysmal it’s laughable. In all my years of gambling I just have never been brought to the cleaners and washed like this. By far the worst gambling and casino app here don’t waste your money you have no chance of winning.

The app is very glitchy, it will crash on you over and over again everytime you get blackjack the game freezes, BEWARE OF ALL PROMOS ALWAYS READ TERMS & CONDITIONS. Had a 10x wagering requirement for my “bonus funds” to be withdrawable cash. They don’t tell you it’s only 10x on slots in the terms it says card games such as blackjack video or live will only be 10% of what you bet so if you play anything other than slots it would total to 100X wagering requirement. I’ve played and tried probably every PA online casino, and I must say, the gambling commission needs to audit these guys. Can’t speak for table games but the slots will NEVER pay you out. Drop these clowns and go to MGM. I really get the feel they don’t have the capital/ means to give a player a winning experience. I’ve never chewed through 100 bucks microbetting in 20 minutes anywhere, not even real casinos lol. Do not download.

Parx bet is a dishonest company which advertises promotions then does not honor them. This company should not be used or trusted but if you are going to take the chance and use their app make sure you get them to state you will receive your free bet or bonus in writing and make sure to document this. I do not want anyone else to go through what I had to with this company do yourself a favor and go to a other app betmgm is way better not even close thank me later do not I repeat do not use this scummy company they will not honor their promotions

The app is good but some games don’t work
Some of the games don’t won’t or freeze up when playing. When you contact customer service they don’t help. I troubleshoot the issue couldn’t fix it so I reached out then the response was nothing.
