First the UI on this is terrible. Second I got an alert that I play too many promos and boosts that they offer (I lose money on a lot of the boosts). They stopped my ability to bet on and odds boosts and took away my ability to opt into promos.philly phan

Limit You After Taking A Few Promos
Took maybe 2 or 3 of their boosted offers along with a couple other bets and now I can’t place a wager of more than $100 with them and am limited to $0 on promotions. Garbage book that doesn’t accept action.LyonHoward

Better than I thought but could use improvements
I came in with low expectations after reading reviews. Had no issues yet with limits on the promos. The app itself is smooth but oddly slow. You have to wait for a 5 second timer when switching from casino to sportsbook, so if you fat finger casino by accident, it’s a minimum 10 seconds to get back to sportsbook. The sportsbook top menu/navigation bar also looks horrible. I have no idea what the icons are or what they take me to. And the biggest reason Im currently not planning to use the app often: no way to save login info. Other books with Touch ID and a pin are perfection, this one I have to hand type my whole email every... Single... Time I log in. Apps with Touch ID > apps that save login info > apps with no info saving at all. Fun promos though. If they addressed the above complaints and added Touch ID I could see this being a favoriteShow lessKpjove
Very dishonest Sports book.
This Sports book does what it wants and is absolutely garbage. I logged in and it said “opt in and place 35 dollars in casino wagers for a 50 dollar free bet.” After placing 40+ dollars in casino wagers I went to place the free Sportsbook bet but instead I ended up with a 15% boost. I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me that this is what the promotion entailed. So basically the promotion said one thing but you needed to read through the terms and conditions to find out it was a scam. Truly a terrible experience!Show lessSammy Cekic
