Disappointed
My husband, myself and our riding buddy all got ruroc shockwave’s for Christmas this year. We finally got to take our first moto trip of the season last weekend and we’re so excited to use our new helmets/shockwaves. But the app wouldn’t even allow us to log in. The app has yet to be fixed and won’t even allow for an official report to be placed on their website. We had to revert to hand signals for communication during the ride. 0/10 will buy again or recommend to a friend.mstngmama

I haven’t been able to set up an account on the Chain app. I continue to get “Something went wrong, Unexpected error” message.
While the helmet looks amazing, I’m losing confidence in this company.Ghost_527
Fix login issue
I can’t even login to the app. I’ve reset my password twice and when I go to login, it says my username or password doesn’t match. I’m using the password app to make sure everything is identical and tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still nothing. Please fix so I can still communicate with my friends that don’t have a Shockwave274929626395
Doesn’t work

Cannot log in.
I made an account through their website but I can’t log in. I get a pop up window saying “something went wrong”
Please fix… I’ve had bad experiences with ruroc and this just makes it worstBen.000001

Couldn’t even creat an account, the create an account page glitches and doesn’t let you select the box the accept terms and conditions not allowing you to continue. If I know Ruroc, this app will be awesome.. in like 4-5 years when it’s all re-done and not at all good until thenShnawzzBerry
