  • Great app/ trainer program

    This app has benefited me in so many ways in such a short amount of time. I am someone who knew absolutely nothing about working out or how to really eating right until I started working with max . I have a crazy schedule and this app/training is accommodating to that. I’ve recommended it to many people because I have seen actual lasting results, and I will continue to do so

    Very useful and helpful app. Literally tracks everything for you. Also very easy to use!
  • Good app for tracking

    Ive been using the app for a couple months now using the workout and nutrition side and I enjoy it. As someone who has been in and out of the fitness world this app helps me stay on track in regards to workouts/ meal plans. Would recommend for anyone trying to get on track/ reach a particular heath goal.

  • Great app for pushing yourself

    As a BMX rider and someone who always worked out on my own this app is a perfect fit for me. It gives me knowledge that I didn’t have before which allows me to push myself more then I was on my own. With guidance from Max with the types of workouts and nutrition, I was able to feel results on my bike and on my body in a couple weeks.

  • Very nice tool to have

    If you’re looking for an app that does many things for you, look no further. This app has so many capabilities to take advantage of. One of them is having the calories counted for you. Simply just log your food for the day, and you will see your caloric intake and macros for the entire day. Another cool feature is connecting your Fitbit/Apple Watch. This makes it see easy to make yourself/follow a well balanced diet to get the most benefits

  • Great App For Logging

    I use this app for logging food and workouts and it is a great tool to personalize a lot of the options I have. I’m able to create and change workouts as required, add cardiovascular workouts and even schedule yoga and stretching. The food capabilities make it where you’re able to select and view specific foods that are logged, or make your own based on imputing the calories. Easily able to make appointments with the coaches and submit everything. Easy to connect with IPhone for your devices and syncing up everything

  • Liking this app

    This app is easy to use and I like how smooth it is to move workouts around. It has so many figures on it and I like that I can keep all my fitness and nutrition progress and goals in one location. The best part of it too is being able to sync it up to my calendar and my fitbit. Definitely a great app to have and use.

    Great app, easy to use it shows me all my exercise for the day, help me a lot with my daily progress and hit my goal, motivate me every day to go to the gym!
