The most convoluted process
I like that there is a reward system but… the process of working out how to claim the ‘rewards’ is the most convoluted and confusing I have ever come across. I advise the designers look at how the Costa app or something similar works.

The app doesn’t work
I can’t believe this app has 4.8 stars, all my friends and I have been trying to order for the past hour, nothing loads, we’re getting a million errors that aren’t handled and even when our order went through they hadn’t got it at knoops so we had to re-order. Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used in my life
